Après la clôture des soumissions, le Comité Scientifique sélectionne les meilleurs abstracts pour qu'ils soient présentés en Poster Commenté, en session Young Investigator ou en session plénière. 

Cette année afin de soutenir l'organisation logistique du congrès, le Comité d'Organisation a modifié les modalités de prise en charge des potentiels présentateurs d'abstracts de moins de 32 ans. 

Les présentateurs d’abstracts bénéficieront :

• D’une inscription au tarif préférentiel de 100 €,
• D'un hébergement 2 nuits en chambre partagée avec un autre présentateur remplissant les mêmes conditions 

Cette prise en charge est accordée uniquement si l'abstract rempli les conditions suivantes :

1. Le premier auteur de l'abstract a moins de 32 ans (né(e) en 1994 ou après)
2. Le présentateur de l'abstract a moins de 32 ans (né(e) en 1994 ou après)
3. Le présentateur du résumé est à jour de cotisation SFC+GRRC pour l’année 2026

After the submission deadline, the Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and select the best ones to be presented as Commented Poster, in a Young Investigator session or in a plenary session. 

This year, in order to support the logistical organisation of the conference, the Organising Committee has changed the terms and conditions for potential abstract presenters under the age of 32. 

Abstract presenters will benefit from:

• Registration at a preferential rate of €100,
• Two nights' accommodation in a shared room with another presenter fulfilling the same conditions  

This support is only granted if the abstract meets the following three conditions:

1. The first author of the abstract is under 32 years of age (born in 1994 or later)
2. The abstract presenter is under 32 years of age (born in 1994 or later)
3. The abstract presenter is up to date with their SFC+GRRC membership fees for the year 2026
