Jeunes de moins de 32 ans présentant un poster
Si, et seulement si, l’abstract sélectionné remplit les TROIS conditions suivantes :

1. Le premier auteur de l’abstract sélectionné a moins de 32 ans (né(e) en 1994 ou après)
2. Le présentateur de l’abstract sélectionné a moins de 32 ans (né(e) en 1994 ou après)
3. Le présentateur de l’abstract sélectionné est adhérent GRRC en 2026 à jour de ses cotisations.

Alors le présentateur pourra bénéficier de la prise en charge par l’organisation du congrès. Base de cette prise en charge :

• Inscription à 100,00 € au lieu de 165,00 €
• Hébergement pour 2 nuits max., en chambre twin à partager avec un autre présentateur remplissant les mêmes conditions.

Seuls les abstracts étant le fruit du travail de jeunes de moins de 32 ans adhérents GRRC pourront donc donner lieu à la prise en charge du présentateur de cet abstract (hors transport).

Pour chaque abstract sélectionné, un mail sera envoyé au présentateur indiqué lors de la soumission, afin de confirmer son identité et son âge. Si l’abstract rempli les trois conditions, le présentateur sera contacté par la cellule congrès (secretariat.sfcientifique@sfcardio.fr), pour sa prise en charge.

ATTENTION Ces conditions ne s’appliquent que si l’abstract du candidat est retenu.

 

Sessions Réseau Avenir GRRC
Il s'agit d'une après-midi organisée par le Réseau Avenir GRRC autour des perspectives de carrières des jeunes chercheurs. Elle est gratuite mais réservée en priorité aux participants ayant moins de 32 ans. 

Soirée du Congrès
La Soirée du Congrès requiert une participation financière complémentaire. cette Participation vous donne accès à un cocktail dînatoire organisé par le congrès.

Elle est réservée au Congressiste (TVA 20% incluse) : 54,00 €.

Conditions de réservation et d’annulation
Toute inscription ne sera prise en compte qu’à réception de son règlement. Toute demande d’annulation de votre inscription doit se faire impérativement par e-mail ou courrier auprès du Secrétariat du Printemps de la Cardiologie.

• Jusqu’au 12 mai 2026
  des frais de dossier de 50,00 € seront retenus sur tout remboursement pour annulation
   
• À partir du 13 mai 2026
  aucun remboursement ne sera effectué, quelle que soit la raison de l’annulation

Règle d’éthique
En accord avec le Comité Scientifique et d’Organisation du Printemps de la Cardiologie 2026 aucune inscription directe de collaborateurs de l’industrie non-partenaires ne sera acceptée, par simple règle d’éthique vis-à-vis des partenaires qui soutiennent le congrès.

Young people under the age of 32 presenting a poster
If, and only if, the selected abstract fulfills the following THREE conditions:

1. The first author of the selected abstract is under 32 years old (born in 1993 ou later)
2. The presenter of the selected abstract is under 32 years old (born in 1993 ou later)
3. The presenter of the selected abstract is a GRRC member in 2026.

Then the presenter can benefit from the support by the organisation of the congress. Basis of this support:

• Registration – €100,00 € instead of €165.00(include VAT)
• Accommodation based on a maximum of 2 nights in a shared twin with another presenter who meets the same conditions.

Only the abstracts being the result of the work of young people under 32 years old and SFC & GRRC members will be able to give rise to the support of the presenter of this abstract (except transport).

For each abstract selected, an e-mail will be sent to the presenter indicated in the submission to confirm the identity and age of the presenter. If the abstract meets the three conditions, the presenter will be contacted by the congress unit (secretariat.sfcientifique@sfcardio.fr) to arrange for it to be accepted.

WARNING : These conditions only apply if the abstract is selected.
 

The GRRC Young Researchers Network afternoon
This is an afternoon event organised by the Réseau Avenir GRRC focusing on career prospects for young researchers. It is free of charge but priority will be given to participants under the age of 32. 

Congress Evening
The Congress dinner requires additional financial participation. This participation gives you access to a dinner organized by the congress.

It is reserved for participants  (TVA 20% included) : € 54,00.

Conditions de réservation et d’annulation
Any registration will be validated upon receipt of payment. Any request for cancellation of registration must be made in writing (mail or e-mail) to the Printemps de la Cardiologie Secretary.

• Until May 12th, 2026:
  a booking fee of 50,00 € will be retained on any refund
   
• From May 13th, 2026:
  no refund will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation

Règle d’éthique
In agreement with the Scientific and Organization Committee of the Printemps de la Cardiologie 2026 no direct registration of non-partner industry employees will be accepted, by simple ethical rule regarding the partners who support the congress.
